How long will it take for me to get my finished product?
We typically deliver our products within 2-3 working days. Depending on how fast we receive your information and how many clients we are serving at the point of order. Please take note that any orders made after 5 pm or on a weekend will be delivered the next business day.
Can you update my existing CV?
We get it, things change. You are no longer the green graduate you were 2 years ago and your CV needs a facelift.
At BossCV we look to give you the best chance to Apply With Confidence.
Our policy, however, is that we only work with CVs created by BossCV.
If you have not bought a product through us yet, you will need to do so.

What if I want to make changes after my documents have been finalised and paid for?
Things change and people make mistakes, we get it. Got a new qualification or noticed an inconsistency in your documents after your dealings with BossCV have closed and need to make some changes?
Here’s how we handle post dealing changes:
Small changes – Free
If you’ve noticed a spelling error, a semantic discomfort or an error from our side, we allow for 1 free change post dealing.
‘Please could you add’ – R100 (+R50 for every item over 2 changes)
Need to add a new qualification, job experience or any other major section change that will give you an extra boost? Let’s get it done!
